Chaku-Chaku Line

Waiting time is wasted time. The objective of the Chaku-Chaku-Line (Japanese “load, load”) is to optimally control different production processes simultaneously. During the production of one part another machine is being loaded, which significantly reduces the waiting time for the individual employee. In this case the machine is waiting instead of the employee. The optimal ergonomic arrangement of the machines and work places involved in the production of the end product also prevents excessive distances.
