Conflict management
Conflicts are an unavoidable part of everyday life. Wherever there are people, there is conflict. One way to “solve” a conflict is for both parties to avoid each other, but in a working environment that would be unacceptable because excellent result can only be achieved in a joint effort. So it makes sense to keep an eye open for potentially conflicting situations and intervene early. However, this is not always successful. Dealing with conflicts constructively, as well as minimizing the damage inflicted, can create tangible benefits.
