• Open seminars place an emphasis on sharing knowledge. We use examples from related fields and case studies drawn from real practice that demonstrate the underlying theories relating to your topic. At the end of each course, each participant receives a certificate of attendance. Course venues and timing can be found in the attached overview or our homepage.
  
  

• As a rule, training provided as a workshop takes place at your company. The first step is to go through underlying theories in a condensed format. Next, the focus lies in the immediate implementation of first measures to achieve high-profile quick-wins for the participants and your company as a whole. Finally, course participants present their results to management. These in-house events are tailored to your requirements regarding their duration and progress and thus have a more direct and particularly sustainable effect. An additional benefit with this approach is that, if required, we can also organize workshops based on the “train the trainer” principle. This puts participants in a position to train others after having successfully completed the training.
  
  
• Our qualification bundle Transformation to Lean is much more than the addition of selected topics from the modular offer. It relates the individual parcels and thus provides a view of the whole picture. The participants also grow into a true team, which gives the didactic approach “learning through exposure” an even greater effect. In this training the participants become true Lean Specialists.
